Who exactly is included under “Family + Parents”?

You, your spouse/partner, your children (up to 2), and both sets of parents no extra cost for adding them.

I already have health insurance. Why take AyushPay?

Insurance usually pays after hospitalisation and rarely covers medical expenses or provides discounts on medicines/diagnostics apart from that used during Hospital admission. In addition to the zero-cost medical loan AyushPay provides discounts on medicines and diagnostics, and daily hospital allowance benefits most insurance plans skip.

How much can I borrow and what is “zero-cost”?

Up to ₹3 Lakh per subscription year. “Zero-cost” means AyushPay subsidises the interest so you pay no interest you only repay the principal plus the listed co-payment (5-7 % depending on plan).

Who is eligible?

  • Age 20–60 years.
  • Satisfactory credit/CIBIL score (loan issued directly to partner hospital).

Is there a waiting period?

Wellness benefits start immediately. The medical loan becomes available 30 days after your purchase date.

What is the Hospital Admission Allowance in Platinum?

If you are admitted for at least 24 hours, you receive ₹500 per day (max 3 days per year) as cash support paid directly to you.

Do I pay anything at the hospital?

For treatments covered by the medical loan, it’s cashless and we settle the bill directly with the Hospital. For loans, you pay only the co-payment percentage; the rest is financed by AyushPay.

Are virtual (video/phone) doctor visits included?

  • Platinum: Unlimited GP consults via our app/helpline.
  • Silver/Gold: Not included today.

How do pharmacy & diagnostic discounts work?

Just book a test or buy your medicines from AyushPay directly discount auto-applies (up to 10%, 15%, 25% by plan).

How do I buy the plan?

  • Website checkout (UPI, card, net-banking).

Do I get a physical card?

No. Your digital card arrives instantly via WhatsApp/email and works at all partner facilities.

Up to what age can I join?

Subscription available for anyone under 60. Once subscribed, you can renew annually for life.

Is the fee refundable if I don’t use the services?

The subscription fee is non-refundable.

How do I renew?

We’ll send you a reminder 30 days before expiry; pay online or call us and you’re sorted.

Does AyushPay cover pre-existing diseases?

Yes. There’s no disease-specific exclusion for using discounts or the loan.

Are you IRDAI-approved insurance?

No—AyushPay is a wellness & financing subscription, not insurance. Hence IRDAI approval isn’t required.

What if the hospital cancels or I need to reschedule?

Call us ASAP. We’ll reinstate your benefit and rebook at your convenience.
